YouTube Live に配信できません

お使いの Google アカウントの YouTube チャンネルで、ライブ配信を有効にする必要があります。YouTube の機能ページから申請してください。電話番号の確認と、有効化までの24時間の待機が必要です。これは YouTube 側の仕様で、アプリからは短縮できません。

YouTube requires live streaming to be enabled on your channel. This involves phone verification and a 24-hour waiting period on YouTube's side.

録画した動画が見つかりません

録画は端末の写真ライブラリ（カメラロール）に保存されます。保存に失敗した場合は、設定アプリでアプリに写真への追加を許可してから、結果画面の「録画をダウンロード」をお試しください。

それでも保存できない場合、録画ファイルは端末内に残っています。「ファイル」App →「このiPhone内」（iPad では「このiPad内」）→「Easy Molkky Live」から取り出せます。

Recordings are saved to the photo library. If saving fails, the file remains on the device and can be retrieved from the Files app.

ライブ配信の利用時間に上限はありますか

ライブ配信は 1 ユーザーあたり 週 5 時間までご利用いただけます。毎週月曜 0 時（日本時間）にリセットされます。録画のみのご利用に時間制限はありません。

Live streaming is limited to 5 hours per week per user, reset every Monday. Recording has no time limit.

得点ボタンが小さくて押しにくいです

映像の表示エリアを広く取るため、得点ボタンは小さめになっています。Bluetooth のテンキーを接続すると、数字キーでそのまま入力できます。1〜9 はピン番号、0 はミス、バックスペースは「戻る」です。

The score buttons are small so the video gets more room. You can connect a Bluetooth numeric keypad and enter scores directly.

点数を間違えて入力しました

「戻る」でひとつ前の入力に戻せます。試合が終わった直後でも、結果画面の「点数を修正する」から直前の投擲に戻って修正できます。

アカウントとデータを削除したいです

アプリ内で完結します。ホーム画面下部の「アカウント削除」、またはこちらのページから、いつでもご自身で削除できます。試合履歴・配信履歴・アカウント情報がすべて削除されます。
